Our retreat on Portugal’s beautiful Atlantic coast offers a week to slow down, reset your nervous system, and rediscover your inner strength through yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, hiking, and time in nature.

This week isn’t about escaping life, 
it’s about learning how to move through it with more clarity, resilience, and ease.

Throughout the week, we create a beautiful balance between gentle practices that restore and strength-building movement that empowers.

You’ll explore mindful yoga flows, breathwork, meditation, and moments of stillness that help you reconnect with your body and listen to what it truly needs.
At the same time, fun and accessible beach workouts and strength practices help you build stability, resilience, and confidence.

You’ll stay at the beautiful Ondina Guesthouse  @ondina_ericeira , a peaceful retreat space close to the ocean and the perfect place to unwind, enjoy nourishing meals, and share meaningful moments with a small group of like-minded people.

During this retreat you will:
